How to Set Up IPTV on MagBOX.
Setting up IPTV on a MAG Box is a straightforward process that allows you to access live TV channels, movies, and series through an IPTV service. Follow these steps to get started quickly.
1. Load the Main Portal Screen
When the MAG Box is loading, the main portal screen will appear.
Press the SETUP/SET button on your remote to access Settings.
2. Access System Settings
- Navigate to System Settings > Servers.
3. Configure the Portal
Select Portals.
In the Portal 1 Name line, enter IPTV.
In the Portal 1 URL, enter the portal address provided by your IPTV service.
Make sure to provide your device’s MAC address (found on the back of the box) to your IPTV provider if needed.
4. Set NTP Server (Time Server)
Press EXIT on the remote control.
Go to General.
In the NTP Server line, enter pool.ntp.org or us.pool.ntp.org (for North America).
Press OK to save changes.
5. Restart the Portal
Press EXIT twice on the remote control.
Select Restart Portal to apply changes.
6. Enjoy Live TV!
- When the portal reloads, the IPTV content will be available to watch.
✅ Additional Tips:
The default password for adult content on MAG is 0000, unless changed manually. (Note: Your IPTV service may not provide adult content.)
Always use a stable internet connection to avoid buffering.
If you face issues, reboot your device and recheck your portal URL.
